Sound garden series is a soundbath experience,  a gentle exploration of quiet spaces through personal recollections and light-mind frequency. The sessions conduct by guest artists Vari & Fernanda Wendland.

 

Vari is a sound healing practitioner and yoga teacher whose work centers on cultivating environments for deep rest and nervous system recalibration through sound and breath.

 

Fernanda Wendland is a Brazilian journalist and certified sound healing practitioner. Based in Bangkok, her practice draws from Taoist traditions, integrating Tai Chi and Qi Gong into sound-based experiences that engage both body and perception.
